I found Aulani Poolside Gardens View Studio for nights of Oct. 15, 17, 18. And Aulani Ocean View Studio for Oct 16. If you don't mind switching rooms this would work. It's 98 points (24 points/nt for the poolside rooms and 26 pts for the ocean view)

Did you mean 15, 17, 18, & 19th garden studio + 16th Ocean studio? I assume you do since that makes the points add up Couple of questions - are there any other fees that are not included on that, either from you, or resort fees? Also - is parking free then, and are there any other discounts or benefits through DVC booking?

Did you also want the night of Oct 19th, checking out the 20th? I originally searched checking in Oct 15, checking out Oct 19. (this would be 4 nights - nights of 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, checking out morning of the 19th.) Points for those nights are 24, 26, 24, 24, for a total of 98.

Yes, there is the Transient Accommodations Tax that you would pay to Aulani at check out. It is approximately $42 total for this 4 night stay. As a guest staying on DVC points your parking is free.

No other discounts I know of for booking thru DVC. The main benefit is that it's going to be much cheaper - your dates for 4 nights booking direct at Aulani, including the cost for parking for non-DVC res., will run $500-600 more than renting. However, you may have more flexibility with a direct reservation since renting points is non-cancellable, non-refundable.

Animal Kingdom Jambo House or Kidani - standard view 67 points, savannah view 86 pts.
Saratoga Springs - std view 69 pts, pref view 76 pts
Old Key West Studio - 65 pts

If you don't mind switching resorts or piecing a split stay together:
Boulder Ridge studio has all nights except 30th
Bay Lake Tower Lake View studio has all except 29th

There are two options with availability during your dates that sleep 5:

Old Key West - 1 bed villa that sleeps 5 for 107 points (4 nights)
Animal Kingdom - Kidani - 1 bed savannah view villa that sleeps 5 for 134 points

Yes, $16/pp. Yes there is some availability for your dates checking in Aug 28, checking out Sept 2 in 1 bed villas.
