Points for rent: I have 125 SSR points to rent that can be used at any resort. I have some flexibility for additional points if needed. Travel must be completed (checking out) on or before 11/30/21. Reservations can be made at SSR 11 months prior to your stay. For all other DVC resorts reservations can be made 7 months prior to your stay.

Terms: $16.00/point. After your reservation is confirmed, I will send a contract to protect both parties. I accept PayPal for payment plus fees, which will be due at the time your reservation is confirmed and contract signed (via emailed approval). I ask that you list the following:

--Resort
--Check-in and Check-out date
--Room type
--View
--Number of guests and ages.

Are you looking for a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom? It appears that there is availability for either, depending on the view. Any preference between Standard, Lake or Theme Park View (applicable for Bay Lake Tower)?

There is also availability for Animal Kingdom, depending on view and 2 vs. 3 bedroom. Please let me know and I can look into it further.

How many people? Studios are available for all of those dates for either standard or preferred rooms. 1 bedroom is also available, but it is a lot more points (227 for standard 1BR vs. 110 Deluxe Studio). It's a bit more than I was planning to rent out, but I can work with you if that is what you wanted.

Your request states any resort other than SS. I can tell you that the only resorts that have full availability meeting your criteria are AK, WL, and Polynesian. If you can narrow down from there which resort you prefer and whether you'd rather have a Studio or 1BR, I can get you more information.

Unfortunately I'm not sure you're eligible for a 1BR based on the number of people staying with you (DVC states that a 1BR sleeps up to 5). Are any of the children infants? Those don't count as I've gone through that experience personally.

Regarding the 2BR units for 2 nights, checking in on 11/16:
