Just a quick note for those looking for rooms in the harder to get places due to number of rooms or popularity, use the members 7 month window to your advantage.

So today the 7th window for May 7th start of travel for up to 7 days starts. So I have access to all the other DVC properties besides AKL. Same goes for anyone renting here. If that member has say Beach Club as their home they can book Beach Club and all the other properties in Florida.

I know this is obvious for owners and those who have rented many times before but for people new to DVC might not realize this.

I have 2022 use year points to transfer if interested. These 2022 points were banked from 2021 so they can only be used to book rooms not transfer. But I can't message you cause you have no posts.

I have been a DVC member for over 12 years. We travel 3 times a year for well over 20 years. I understand the DVC system just as well as anyone else. I have rented to others who have been very happy. I am extremely easy to get a hold of and help if needed.

I have 150+ AKL (Jambo or Kidani) for rent or I can check other DVC results for travel from Feb 2022 to 2023. Remember the 11 month and 7 month booking windows when you request for me to look for availability.

I can call you to walk you through the reservation if you want. I have done that for my past few and the people seemed to like that. Gave us a chance to tweak things live vs going back and forth.
