I've to cancel my reservation that I had for the 3rd week of August due to a family emergency. I've 120 points at $15 pp, respond here and I will send me a PM and can also connect via a virtual meeting to search for availability and book immediately. There's still availability at many of the resorts if anybody wants to pull off a last minute trip.

I'm experienced with the process and I can provide references from folks who have been renting points from me regularly in the last 10 years.

AK studio is available only for the 21st and the 26th (2 nights in total).
SSR, OKW - 1 BR Villa is available the whole stay of 4 days. 112 points and 104 points respectively.

14 + 52 = 66 if you did one night at AK for the 26th and 2 nights at OKW.
14 + 56 = 70 if you did one night at AK for the 26th and 2 nights at SSR

Another option for the whole stay:
14 + 27 (1 day Studio on 21st and 1 day 1BR Villa on the 22nd), both at AK (41 points)
52 or 56 for 26-28 in OKW or SSR, respectively.

93 or 97 points for the whole stay.

I think you have all the options now. Decide what's best for you.
