Thanks for all the comments on the Mickey Earth shirt and the Flowers vida.

I was hoping you knew it was Earth with Mickey ears. It might not be so obvious. I also thought Lauren could wear it on Earth Day in April.
Here is the Disign I used:

Of course we could tell what it was!!! Fantastic job! And, I loved the Vida with the Mickey flowers!!! That is so stinkin cute!

I am finally home. I left this morning to take DH to work and I just got home. Jenna is sick. She has strep throat and will be home with me all day today and tomorrow. We have her homework, her medicine, the title to my car, lunch has been eaten, and DH is back at work til 5. I don't want to see my car again.

Here is the quilt I am making for my BFF's bday - its in the wash again to help it fray - what cycles do you use to get it to fray the best?

That turned out great! But really...if I could find Katie's floor I would take a picture, but it would also match her dots!

This is for travel day. I copied the clip art image from a diser on the disign board. I had saved it a few years ago (before I sewed) with the intention of doing iron-ons. Never got to the iron-ons but decided to applique it instead.

I love that. Thanks for sharing. Georgia and I were just talking about re doing our kitchen in Mickey theme! Those would be perfect. Also we have mini mickey heads I used to make an outfit for her last year, and how cute would those be for child size pot holders. I think I am gonna add a back to it to make it oven mitts!

Ok well. I think I might have to make a Dr. appt for Georgia soon. She keeps getting headaches almost daily. She is home from school today because she had one last night that lasted until she fell asleep at like 1am! So not only was I up trying to help her, I was super tired from not sleeping the night before so that was like 40 hours up straight! Gave her tylenol she got her Disney soft ice pack (the only one she will use) and cried herself to sleep in my arms... She is feeling better right now. I told her this morning that if she stayed home she couldn't play her DS and had to stay in bed all day to rest her body. And she said ok and went back to sleep. So I know she wasn't up to par or she would have never agreeed to her no DS.

I hate that I can't really do anything for her headaches So she is laying down right now, just had lunch and is designing skirts for me to make her. haha

I also made a shirt for DS from the same material and a little skirt for a guest over the weekend. I then brought out the pirate and crossbone shirt that I made for DS when I did one for a Big give. I made a skirt for me and another for the guest.

Now I have out the first bowling shirt I ever made and I am going to throw down a skirt for me.

I only have 6 more matching Disney outfits for DS and I to wear. I don't have anything for AK or MGM yet. Please feel free to offer up suggestions as I am starting to get tired. I only have 20 days to get it all done!!

I want to make some Capri's but just don't know what to match up with? Here is the fabric that I can use for both DS and I, but I won't wear much Cars fabric. I also have a lot of black dot, red dot, and solids.

I did make a skirt of red dot and pirate cross bones already. I am working on the skirt that matches the brown/coin pirate shirt.

I like the b&w animal print but don't know what to do with it. I did make outfits out of the orange/brown batik. I don't want to use the skull head in b&w, that is just creepy.

Thanks for all the prayers. Right now, it's a little calm. We are due for more weather in a little while. They are just releasing kids from school! They popped up so sudden! They were about 20 min west from me, and they always travel northeast!

So we still aren''t out of it just yet! So it looks like a long night! NO SLEEP FOR ME!!!!!!!!!

What if you made him shorts or pants with the cars, and you just did a shirt with a small piece of cars on it with a matching solid color bottoms? What if you did a longer twirl skirt for yourself to the knees or somethign with the b&w animal print? and use black and maybe red for the layers with it?

Poor Georgia, I hope she gets to feeling better soon and that the headaches are nothing serious.

Thank you! I hope so too. I am thinking its maybe stress from the back and forth between my house and her dad's house...so sad. He just moved from his parents to a trailer that he bought from them. Its a travel trailer placed in a campground. And really its perfect for him because he works so much and is gone on the road about half the month here and there. Georgia loves camping so she doesn't mind it. They are still about five minutes from his parents house and its in the country. But its just another change for her. She doesn't do well with change. So just when she is readjusting from being home from dads, its time to go back. But not to grandmas now..now its his place.

So if that is the cause of the head aches it makes me sad that there is really nothing we can do just time...
