There is availability at Boardwalk — 1-br for 148 PTs ( garden/pool view); Old Key West — 1 br for 120 PTs; 2 br for 160 PTs. There is nothing available at Beach Club.

New request. I am looking for a villa that holds 8-10 people (not sure if the parents are going yet) from July 19-26, 2018. This is for a week at Disney before a family reunion at a different hotel. I would prefer Bay Lake Towers or Boardwalk Villas but will accept any villa of that size.

There are no rooms for the week of Jul 16-26 that sleep 8-10 at Bay LKe Towers or Boardwalk. There are 2 BR that sleep up to 8 at Saratoga Springs, Animal Kingdom Kidani (sleeps 9) and Old Key West (sleeps 9). These range in PTs from 294 to 372, which are more points that I have available so you would need to get additional points from another DVCer. Also, there are 3BR options and other options that sleep up to 12 ranging in PTs from 688 to 1174.

There is some availability for those 4 nights, but is 2 nights in a studio for May 4 (Kidani) for 15 PTs and May 6 (Jambo) for 13 PTs. There is a 1 br at Saratoga Springs for the whole week — 140 PTs. There are also 1-br available May 5 at Boardwalk (40 PTs) and Bay Lake Tower (45 PTs.) There is also a 1Br at OKW on May 7 for 27 PTs.

There are no studio rooms available, but several 1 BRs in OKW, both Wilderness Lodge sites, and AKL. The points range from 102 to 123 for three nights and 72 to 86 points for a 2-night stay. Please let me know if you are interested in any of these options.
