Hello! I have an amazing reservation for NYE but now can't go so am offering it for rent. I'm sure you know this resort is booked solid for NYE so here's an opportunity to ring in the new year without dealing with the crowded transportation going to/from MK!

Resort: Bay Lake
Room: Studio, lake view
Dates: Dec 29 - Jan 2 (4 nights)
Cost: $1800
Points: 103 ($17.50/pt)

I am a DVC member for over 10 years and have rented my points out on here many times before. I have a standard contract that I use.

It's currently priced at 17.50/pt which I think is fair since others are renting @17-18/pt. If you are interested at the current price, please go to the Test board and post some messages so that we can exchange information via message. I can't post my email address on here as it's against policy.
