Closed: all rented; 550 Points at DVC resorts for RENT

All the points have been rented, thank you for your interest.

For rent: 550 points based at Saratoga Springs Resort. These points are non-transferable. I will make the reservation via online DVC booking while you are on the phone with me to provide the information they will require and to verify availability. Once the booking is made, you will need to tell me whether you are using PayPal or certified check, renter assumes any PayPal fees for credit card use. You will have FOUR days to make payment or I will call and cancel the reservation. Upon receiving payment, I will email you the reservation. My asking price is $11.75 per point. These points will expire and reservations must be completed before November 30, 2012. Please have a first and second choice of resort, due to availability restrictions. A contract will be signed by the renter who will assume responsibility for any and all damages to the vacation unit during their stay. I am willing to make multiple reservations for multiple people.
