ETA: Can borrow up to 16 points for a total of 32 points, but that will be $18pp for any borrowed points over the original 16 offered and $15pp for the originally offered 16 points.

The only thing I see that would work is at Saratoga Springs. Standard is 14 points, and preferred is 16 points.

All I see is a Polynesian preferred for 25 points. I would have to borrow 9 points for this reservation. I can do that, but it would be $15pp for the 16 points and $18pp for the 9 borrowed points. The only other Saturday reservations available in November are the Saturday after thanksgiving at a couple of resorts.
