I have over 1000 points available @ $12.75 per point. I can reserve any DVC properties 7 months out and SSR, BWV, and VB 11 months out.

I am willing to make smaller (length or room type) reservations, however, my minimum rental fee is $2,500 regardless of the points used.

I am an experienced renter and I am happy to help you make your reservation.

Currently Old Key West has a 2 BR available for 217 points and Saratoga Springs Resort has a 2BR available for 239 points. The availability of the rooms are subject to change.

There is availability for a BWV studio for 108 points . The minimum reservation that I make is $2,500; it would probably be more economical to rent from someone willing to make smaller reservations.

I see that you cant do GF or CR until Monday/Tuesday but do you still have enough points for a 2 br (std view if avail) at either GF or CR for 2/27-3/2?

Yes, I have points available. That being said, I expect that you would want to make a reservation on the day that the rooms became available, otherwise they will be unavailable very quickly.
