Yes, I have rented just this morning actually. Have booked 4 reservations recently for guests. I use a contract, pretty standard, full refund before 30 days, whatever the reason. PayPal friends and family or 3% fee applies. Pay half now if more than 90 days out, second half at 90 days. Or full payment if inside 90 days. I promise I am very straight forward and easy to work with.
