Looking for Studio w/ view of Magic Kingdom either 4/7-4/9 or 4/16-4/18.... Would prefer 4/7-4/9 ...Ready to book if you still have points and its available. Please let me know

Both dates are open and are a total of 45 points for two nights, unfortunately, due to Disney limits on members renting points, I need to restrict my rentals to reservations of 100 points or more.

I'm looking for a studio at Bay Lake Towers 12/5/15 - 12/13/15 if you have points available.

BLT is 100% sold out those nights

SSR has all nights available except two nights are sold out (Dec 5 and 6)

All other DVD are pretty much sold out for those dates for a studio

If I have points left over on Friday, I will book this. So far in the month of April 2016 the 2 bedroom value rooms at Jambo are only sold out for April 7, 23, 24 and all other nights are open

Right now, as of May 27 at 8:30pm EST there is 100% availability in January 2015 for the Poly lake and standard view studios.

Unfortunately those resorts are sold out for those two nights. The only availability is SSR and that is 31 points. Unfortunately, I have a 100 point minimum for rentals.

I can only do that at the 7 month window starting June 8, but the competition for these rooms will be strong and may sell out at 9am

Because you are a new DIS user with only 5 posts, you need a few more posts to be able to "Start a conversation" with other users. So go to a few other areas of DIS and post a few messages to get to 10 (I think) and then send my your contact info by clicking on my user name and click start a conversation.

The Poly get sold out for studios at the exact 7 month reservation opening and there is tons of competition to get those rooms. If you really want to stay at the Poly, you would be best to rent Poly points from an owner that can book those at the 8-11 month window.

Here is the availability for a party of 4 or 5 people for January 4-10, 2016 (6 nights)

The inventory changes daily (I just checked) and I can book the following as of right now (May 29 @ 10:30am)

I prefer to book one block of 6 nights rather than trying to split a stay 3+3 as that guarantees you will get the room and location you want for your entire trip.

Currently there is only one location option and that is SSR. All studios and other resorts are sold out.

The best option is SSR

SSR studio is available all nights except Nov 26

SSR 1 bedroom is available all 6 nights = 183 points

I just checked and a 2 bedroom villa at SSR for 6 nights (Nov 22-28) is 244 points total.

However, as of today, the one night of Nov 26 is sold out - that is Thanksgiving day. Perhaps that date will become available in a few days. I can always book Nov 22-25 now and waitlist Nov 26-27 for you.

As of today, 100% of all DVC resorts are sold out for: all studios, all 2 bedroom, and all 3 bedroom villas for Nov 26, and only SSR 1 bedroom is available that night.

The only availability for Nov 22-28 is a 1 Bedroom at SSR = 207 Points.
