Well...boo. I am new to these boards. I own at the GF and SSR. I am going to pay the one time fee to avoid the whole having to post multiple times to become active (currently I cannot PM anyone). It says it can take up to 48 hours between payment and account being active. I am good for the reservation in May I promise I will be in touch within 48 hours as my account becomes active. It will just be my wife and I, party of 2. I read that I just needed to post 10 times in other areas besides the rental areas to activate the PM feature.
