CLOSED - 36 points (potentially more) for rent @ $11/pt ***must use by 8/31/15***

I recently purchased a contract that has 36 points that must be used by 8/31/15. I can go above 36 points, but won’t go too far above 36 points at $11 (maybe up to 50) – if you need significantly more points (which I can do – I have 675 points, soon to be 935) the additional points will be at least $13 (I'll be pulling from .

Saratoga is most widely available at this time, but there are pockets open at other resorts - even more availability if looking at August (AKL and OKW have a lot of August availability). 36-50 points would fit well for 2-3 nights in a studio.

Since we’re dealing short term, 100% will be due upon confirmation of reservation. If reservation is within 30 days, 50% deposit due prior to prior to my booking the reservation - remaining 50% due upon confirmation.

I accept paypal, money order, or certified check.

I've rented before and can provide references, been a long time DIS member (13 years?). I will use a contract to solidify the details too.

All of our points were fully paid for at purchase and dues are always paid in full at the beginning of the year (so no need to worry about Disney cancelling the reservation).

Sorry, nothing at all available for the 4th. My advice is to look for a cash room through Disney for that time frame at this point. I don't see any DVC rooms opening up.

Kidani savanna studio is available (51 points) for your dates (Jambo savanna is too) - no BCV or BWV. Unfortunately I just rented my points. I might consider a rental for you, but I'd be borrowing points (valuable points at that - BCV, BLT, VGC, VGF) - so the price would be $14/pt instead. I'd advise you to find someone with extra SSR points that might be renting cheaper, but if you can't find anything - send me a PM.

Nothing available at VGC. I'd be looking at getting a regular room through Disney at this time if you're set on staying at GC (it is awesome).
