Available but exceeds the points we could use during the 11-month booking window as it is 53 points/night M-Th, 61 points/night Fr, 67 points/night Sat, and 58 points/night Sunday that week for a 2BR. Let me know if you'd be interested in a subset of nights from June 5-11 that is below 261 points or consider a 1-BR which would be available for 236 points from June 5-11.
