I've got 353 points available to rent at $10/point. We own at Hilton Head and our use year is February 2005.
I'll be honest and direct: this is my first time renting. Folks here say you should be wary of renting from someone with a low number of posts. Well, I haven't posted here much. In fact, I just registered recently, because I want to rent. But I've been reading the DISboards for a few years now, sporadically. If you're concerned about renting from a "newbie", I'll let you know my eBay userid so you can look up my history there--100% positive feedback over a five-year period.
Since this is my first time renting points, and you might have a little concern about renting from me, I'd be willing to split the cost to use Escrow.com to hold the funds until you check in for your stay.
Terms are negotiable but I'd suggest 10% due within 10 days of receipt of reservation confirmation, another 40% due no more than 90 days later, and the balance due 60 days prior to check in.
