We're experienced DVC owners since 1997 and use the simple rental agreement suggested on this forum. References are available, upon request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Before we actually book your reservation, we do ask for a small PayPal verification deposit, fully refundable if we are unable to book for any reason. We have references if needed.

Please note that once your reservation is confirmed balance is due immediately.
Should a legitimate hardship arise before check-in, we will work with you to help re-rent your reservation however there are no refunds. All transactions are final.

Checked every resort for every date from 1/1 thru 1/7 - not a single resort had even one day open... very busy time of the year for Disney, obviously.

Only one night (13th) is available for a studio; SSR has a 1 BR available for 62 pts however I only have 51 pts remaining.

Hi Mark, sorry for the delay - I just decided to not check email all of Christmas day - but the only availability for those dates is SSR - Boardwalk only has one of the days requested available in either type of Studio. No other resorts have full availability than SSR.

Mark, if you will consider SSR, they have a preferred studio for exactly 51 pts for your dates, which is what I have left - I can do those dates for $13/pt (vs $14) if that helps you with your decision. Tks, Bob

Only the night of the 10th for a garden view or the night of the 12th for ocean view - no other consecutive nights available during that entire week.
