Preferred resorts are Animal Kingdom Villas: Jambo House or Kidani (but preferably Jambo House) or anything else that’s 11 points a night or under. A value studio is preferred, I don’t need a fancy view or anything we can talk about standard studios if nothing else is available. Thank you!

also, do you have references from previous rentals? It’s just a habit of mine to check before I rent. No offense or skepticism intended.

Only standard view is available - both at Jambo and Kidani -- 11 points.

My previous rentals have been through a broker, which I can provide you as a reference, but I did not appreciate the lack of flexibility provided to renters and so I have decided to rent directly instead. My contract provides that these points are yours to do with as you please -- move or change the reservation as often as desired or needed as long as the reservation is before the points expire on 1/31/21. I've had an account with Dis for over 9 years.

Understandable, I can see how renting out through a service may be frustrating.

And I’d love to rent those 11 points for the night of Dec 10th. I will be able to send private messages by tonight at about 9 or 10pmI believe, but I can discuss this further in this thread until then if that works for you.
