Edited to add I will be willing to rent out my BLT points as well.

Experienced Disboard renter that has points to rent.

I will not be using my points this year, so I am willing to rent them to another or multiple people.

Therefore, I have 160 points currently and another 400 that can be borrowed if needed.

I have rented many times over my years, so I do ask for a contract to be signed to protect both the buyer and myself (the seller).

Terms will be in the contract, but highlights are:

10% paid to hold points and book confirmation while the contract is signed by both parties. Request this to signed within 24-48 hours.

If rented points are to be used within 6 months, the remaining balance to be paid once all confirmation dates have been received.

If rented points are to be used after 6 months, the remaining balance will be paid as follows:
75% after confirmation received
25% within 90 days

Min of 75 points to rent

If you are looking for a stay at the Beach Club or Bay Lake Tower for Christmas week into the New Year, now is the time as they will go fast.

I am sorry to say neither the OKW or Boardwalk is available for these days.

However, Saratoga Springs is avail in the Standard Room at 70 points and the Preferred Room at 80 points.

I am sorry but the Poly is not available in either standard or lake view on the 25th. I do see availability for 24th, 26th, 27th, 29th, 30th.

The Boardwalk only has Boardwalk view available 25th and 26th for the whole month of June, very few select days left in July, and a few extra in August.
The Old Key West is not available for the days of 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th. July and August are wide open for OKW

I am sorry to say the Studio for these dates is not available for all dates. The only dates available during this time frame are 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th. However, a one bedroom is available all nights for this week. One bedroom at the BCV is 211 points.

I also am an owner of BLT (Bay Lake Towers). Over at that location, I see a lake view studio is available from November 11th to November 18th (Arrive Sunday instead of Saturday and Depart Monday if wanted). This is available for 128 points or if just 11th to 17th then 109 in points.

Let me know if either of these options will work for you.
