I have 156 Beach Club Villa March 2021 use year points and 65 Bay Lake Tower March 2021 use year points available for transfer or rent. These points are good from 3/1/2021 through 2/28/2023. I will transfer or rent at $16 per point.

A bit surprised to see this but there is no availability for those dates for a Studio at Bay Lake Tower. All of those dates are already taken.

As stated above, not surprised. It's the 50th weekend. Thought I was "ahead'' but I guess not!
Is there any availability at Beach Club? I understand you can't quote availability at other resorts before the 7 month mark.
