Please note that once your reservation is confirmed balance is due immediately.
Should a legitimate hardship arise before check-in, we will work to help you re-rent your reservation however there are no refunds. All transactions are final.

We accept and prefer PayPal (5% fee applies unless you chose Friends & Family for the transfer.) If you choose to send a certified check or money order, it must be sent overnight express either via FedEx or USPS.

Studios go fast so if you are booking, make sure you do it either at the 12 month window or right at the 7 month window if going with a resort that is not the owners home resort otherwise it is often too late.
