Experienced renter with flexible terms, 25% down and agreed upon payment schedule thereafter. I can do reservations 11 months out at Animal Kingdom and 7 months from check in at any other resort. Price is $20 per point with preferred payment options of Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. A rental contract will be provided along with refund options depending on specific dates and terms of the reservation.

Unfortunately I looked at all WDW resorts during this period and nothing is open for more than 2 nights. The 2 nights that have any availability at all are Monday and Tuesday night.

There's is availability at both Kidani Village and Jambo house for these nights. 85 points for a Deluxe Studio with Standard View, 105 points for a Deluxe Studio with Savanna View. Shoot me a PM if you'd like to discuss further.
