I am looking for a one bedroom on June 6-10 or 14-18. Would prefer Animal Kingdom if possible, but it's our first time so would be open to suggestions. I have a 2 year old boy and a 6 year old girl. I've tried to find how to PM, but couldn't find it. Thanks!

There is a standard view 1 bedroom at AK in the Kidani village from the 14-18. It is 128 points. I also looked at Bay Lake Towers because it is near the magic kingdom and that is great for little ones, but there was only partial availability. Let me know if you would like to move forward or if you have any questions. I can PM if you like too.

I have rented points many times before and can provide references from this site. I have not provided a contract before; the site normally works on good faith. I normally do use PayPal and have the person renting the points pay the 2.99% fee. I would send you an invoice.

What happens once I book the reservation for you is Disney will send me a confirmation email within 24 hours, I then forward that email to you. That way you know that I made the reservation and you can see that your name is on the reservation. Since I as the dvc member have to make the reservation, I also need to arrange the magical express for you. You can provide your flight information to me when you have it and I can set it up. The luggage tags will be sent directly to you (if I remember correctly). There is an email confirmation that Disney sends for the magical express that I will also forward to you.

I hope I answered all of your questions. I am more than happy to answer others or speak with you on the phone if you have other concerns. It is a little nerve-wracking to have good faith in someone over the computer, but I will provide you with any information about myself to feel secure.

I have been a dvc owner for 11 years now. I own at SSR and have stayed there and also at BLT, Coronado Springs resort, Carribean Beach resort and one of the CA resorts over the years.

I will wait to hear back from you. Let me know if you want to move ahead. If so, I will need the names of the people traveling, your home address, phone number and if you are celebrating anything like a birthday, reunion, etc. (Disney always asks for all of this information.) If you have not made your plane reservations yet I can add the ME later.
