To book a stay more than 7 months out, you need to find an owner that owns points at that resort. These are Boardwalk points, not Grand Californian point, so I cannot accommodate your request. I am also wanting to rent these points for a stay in the near future, not next October.

Hello, currently Beach Club is available, but Boardwalk is not. That could change by tomorrow. Beach Club is 47 points for those dates.
