CLOSED - 124+ points for rent <$10PP - MUST USE BY JULY 31 (checkout 8/1)

I have 124+** points for rent that must be used for a reservation no later than 7/31.

Given the tight time frame, I'd like to rent in as few transactions as possible, so:

Any reservation that is 100-124 points will cost a flat $1000.

Reservations that are 99 points and under are $10 per point.

**I can also get up to 48 OTU (one time use) points that I will rent at cost ($17 per point) if you need more than 124 points for your reservation. For example, a weeknight in a Poly bungalow is 160 (124 + 36) points, which would cost ($1000 + (36 points *$17)) = $1,612 - still around $10pp.

This amount of points will get you 3-4 nights in a 1BR at OKW or SSR, or up to 3 nights in a 2BR at OKW or SSR. Or 1 night in a grand villa somewhere, or 2.5 nights in a treehouse at SSR.

There is pretty open availability in 1-2BR at OKW and SSR. There are only isolated nights here and there in GVs or cabins. There are NO studios so please don't ask for them.
