I can book Villa Grand Floridian for rooms between 1 month and the next 11 months – but the best use is for reservations during the 7-11 month home resort booking advantage window. These points can be used for reservations up until April 2016 (i.e. or 11 months from today’s date).

110 Villa Grand Floridian points are $15 per point

I can also book any DVC resort between now and the next 7 months.

That night is 100% sold out for all DVC resorts using points. In addition it is generally difficult to get reservations less than 60 days before checkin.

There are only two nights open in December for a studio December 24 and 26

If you can visit in January 2016 then the best option is January 3-5 or January 21-25 or January 30 to Feb 1

That request is available but it is 542 points for standard view and 639 points for lake view and I do not have that many VGF available to rent.

Currently only SSR has all night available in a 1 bedroom. Total points is 206. I can book this for you for $13 per point with my SSR points.

WL has Nov 8-9-10 nights open

OKW has Nov 4-5 and 8-9-10 nights open

AK Kidani standard has only Nov 4-5 and 9-10 nights open

We just returned a few days ago from AKL & BC. Already itching to go back and noticed your post. I am still quite new to this as this most recent experience was our first time renting. It worked out great for us! We are wanting to stay at Grand Floridian(1st choice) or Polynesian Village for 5-Nights anytime in November in a studio.

VGF studios are pretty much sold out for anything from now until 7 months out. Thus the best use of my VGF points is to book something 8-11 months out as that is the best availability.

I can book other DVC resorts with my non VGF points and those points are less expensive.

Nine or ten nights. Willing to do half and half but didn't want to switch more than once. Don't want to do SSR though.

I am sorry to report that the only resort that can get close to what you want is SSR.
