We have been DVC members since 2002 and are usually here renting from others, but this year we have some points we won’t be able to use:
- 100 AKL points available for rent for travel before May 31, 2024. These are banked points so cannot be transferred.
Reservations can be made at AKL 11 months prior to your stay and at all other DVC resorts 7 months prior.
$18/point. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required once the reservation has been made in your name and the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that any cancellations within 90 days of your check-in date are non-refundable, however happy to assist in re-booking, if possible before points expire.
