If you are referring to the standard hotel rooms, they are usually booked right at the 11 month mark. Other standard view rooms usually are booked very early by owners as well.

There are no rooms available for the duration of those days.

The least expensive option available is the Ocean View Studio, which has availability from the 15th all the way to a Dec21 checkout date.
