I have multiple VGF contracts with points available for Rent/Transfer. The point options are as follows:

VGF October UY ---- ALL RENTED
120 BANKED points in UY21 @ 19pp that expire 9/30/2022 (non-transferrable)
I have additional points that could be used for a larger reservation.
Can be used at any resort except Riviera at seven months or less; home resort priority for VGF more than 7 months out

VGF October UY ---- ALL RENTED
155 points in UY21 @20pp that expire 9/30/2022 (rent/transfer option)
Can be used at any resort except Riviera at seven months or less; home resort priority for VGF more than 7 months out

VGF - August UY ---- ALL RENTED
63 points from August 2022 @ 22 pp
Can be used for reservations from 8/2022 - 7/2023 (With the option of these points being banked for an additional year)
Can be used at any resort except Riviera at seven months or less; home resort priority for VGF more than 7 months out

Refunds are given if Disney closes the resort or cancels a booking.

An experienced renter who holds ~1000 points a year. References available.

Unfortunately there are no WDW resorts with full availability for those dates. VGF and BWV have zero availability

looking for 7-8 nights in late feb or early March for 2 adults and a 4 year old at either the Floridian, poly, yacht club or beach club. Would be fine with splitting the reservation between 2 resorts.

Unfortunately there is no availability for any of those resorts. Yacht Club is not DVC. I recommend looking for an existing reservation.
