Remember when the HM threads were everywhere and everyone seemed to argue about that? Now its Harry Potter.
There are 7 HP threads on the first page, definitely more on the second. Why can't they just put what they want to say in ONE thread? Or one for the movie, one for the book?
I'm sorry, but it annoys me alot, not at all because I'm not a fan of Harry Potter though. If they made 5 POTC threads I would also be annoyed.
Nobody mentioned this so I am going to now.

Please don't argue, I'm only voicing my opinion. I also don't mean to sound rude.

So, before you post a new thread, think and see if there is another one just like it, and post in that one.

This isn't generally about Harry Potter. If you want to post about a topic, and we have one already, just say what you want to say in the one we already have.

and technically there is something people can start doing.. or in this case stop. they can stop making the exact same thread over again and just make ONE total one. its worked with other threads we had a lot of ... cause seriously, its really annoying.

Yea i agree with this its getting so annoying with every thread you see is HP but i guess the only thing we can do is ignore it

I think the reasoning is that with your own thread, people will respond to you and your opinions. when you post in one big thread, it's easy for your post to get lost in the shuffle.

I'm not saying not to post in them at all. I'm just talking about making threads that already exist. Post in which ever thread you want.

And its a bit hard to ignore when every other thread on the first page has to do with it, there's no place to escape!

They may all be about the same thing, but different topics.

One is a spoiler thread and one is a non-spoiler.

If you were reading a book and couldnt tell, and it was one conglomerate thread, there'd be no thread for you. Unless you want to ruin the book and read the spoilers.
