I don't know, but it doesn't work. No matter how many times you post here saying it may work, it just won't! I have tried every single code, and none worked.

I just tested it too. I tried my Cars movie code on a second account and got this response:

"The code you have entered has already been redeemed for points."

Are you sure the codes are the same? Maybe a "B" looks like an "8" or something?
