Close to Disneyworld with washer/dryer?

Are there any "suite" hotels (or condo type units) really close to Disney with w/d in each unit? We are planning a short trip to stay onsite at Universal then a few days in the Disney area to hotel hop the Disney resorts and do a Halloween party. We never have time to explore the resorts when we spend every minute at Disney parks. Would love to be super close to the Disney resorts.
