~Clean, Cheap Hotels Around Macon, GA~

We are leaving for Disney World on October 7th. We are driving from east TN, so it takes a good 10-11 hours to get to Orlando. We want to just stay overnight halfway down there, maybe around Macon, GA. Has anyone stayed in this area? I'm looking for a CLEAN, budget-friendly place that someone would recommend to me. I've looked at a few places online, and the only place that sticks out is a Red Roof Inn in Macon. (It's cheap and has some good reviews).

Does anyone have any suggestions, or some don't stay at places? Anything would help at this point... Thanks
