Stayed March 22 through April 1, 2017
We went to Disney and Universal during our stay. We did not use the included shuttles because the times were not convenient. We used Lyft and Uber to get to and from the parks and found it to be very convenient and quick. Overall, we spent less with rideshare than if we had rented a car and paid for parking every day.
Pros:
Central location with easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea World
Onsite supplies and restaurant
Two heated pools are clean with plenty of loungers
Comfortable beds
Clean and well-maintained grounds
Daily housekeeping with refills of towels, soaps, coffee, etc
The rooms have nice aesthetics, pleasant rich color palette, granite counters
Cons:
The rooms are furnished with flimsy materials and look better than they function
Hot water problem one day
Poor water pressure the whole time
No place to hang wet items
No place to lay out a suitcase aside from the top of the desk or beds
Small rooms
Poor in-room coffee
No included breakfast
Weak wall mounted hair dryer makes heat, but not air flow – bring your own hair dryer if you are picky
Small, rough towels
Loud – interstate on one side and busy parking lot on the other with the walk way right outside your door
