Clarification on VGF incentives

Can anyone tell me what these are? I am aware of the following VGF incentives- 5pts, developer, welcome home future booked trip, and referral- but don’t recognize these sent by a friend. Thank you.

Dream it Forward is the referral on. My guess is the the C & M is referring to cast member or military discount.

Not sure of the other ones but they could be the same developer credits that are out there
