Yes, the Cape May Cafe has a clambake all you can eat buffet dinner. It is a 1 credit restaurant on the dining plan. The hours of restaurant are 5:30-9:30. More info here:

We ate there for the first time last year and thought it was great. All you can eat crab legs were my daughter's favorite!

Our party of 10 will be eating at the Clam Bake in May. I've heard good and bad reviews. And yes we will be using a TS credit on the DDP for it.

We ate there in February '10 and loved it. The food was good and there were lots of great choices for people who don't like seafood, too. The crab legs are good - not as good as in-season in MD, but good! The desserts are excellent too, and my kids enjoyed the "kid" selections as well. They also enjoyed the brown paper on the tables and the crayons - they drew sand castles, and sea life, etc. It's a cute place and I highly recommend it.
