I was wondering if it is worth it to book a CL room if I am going alone. Can someone tell me what the offerings are and what hours the lounge is open? Are the offerings worth paying the extra money for one person or is it better for families ? I do drink alot of bottled water and I certainly do enjoy some beer (any one know what kind of beer they serve?) or wine at night so that might sway me. Also I am wondering which CL is better HRH or RPR because I am considering a split stay and may do CL at only 1 resort. Sorry for all the questions but I know you all are so helpful.
Thanks!!!!!! :)

I dont recall what the offerings or hours (6:30 - 10:00 ??) are right off the top of my head, but you can do a search in this forum. I am sure you will find all of the info you need as far as that goes. You wont save any money by staying club, but if you are really friendly and enjoy meeting new people then club is a great place to do this! And you never know, you could make life long friends in club level! I know my DH and I have!

:thumbsup2 We were at club level HRH 3rd week of aug.Breakfast-many varities of cereal, bagels, sliced bread, donuts, croissants also sometimes muffins.Huge bowl of mixed fruit(sliced and mixed together).Fresh fruit to pick up by hand;apples, bananas and oranges.Coffee, tea sodas, juices and bottled water.Bottled water and soda all day, plus some kind of snack sitting out(pretzels, chips)always cookies in the train cookie jar on concierge desk!In the evening, always something hot(pigs in a blanket, meatballs, wontons, mini pizzas, mini corndogs, chineese spicy chicken)crackers and cheeses, deli meat cubes...sorry thats all I can remember! All of the wine and beer that you want, and again sodas and water. At late night snack time...one night we had make your own sundaes, fresh hot cookies, pastry horns with cream filling and brownies. At the concierge desk they will have the listing of food offerings for the day...makes it easier to plan if you want to eat there. The club level is definatly worth it for our family of 4-5!We bring a lot of snack stuff back to the room.Sorry...forgot to tell you, they have yogurt available for breakfast(I don't like the stuff).Hope this helps! :rolleyes1

I just wanted to clarify that the wine and beer is only available from 5 - 7 pm. I know I drank Corona, and there were a few other types. They will only give you one at a time too (not a big deal, but just wanted to let you know its not like you can stock up!) I tried the red wine, but didn't find it very good - can't remember the brand. Also, I think the dessert offerings vary greatly. Breakfast always seems the same, dinner snacks rotate, and some nights there was only oreo cookies at dessert time. Again, not a big deal, but my sweet tooth was looking forward to better offerings and I was disappointed on certain nights! By the way this is all at Hard Rock, never stayed club at Royal Pacific. I don't know that it would be worth it for a single person, guess it depends on the rate you get.
