Citywalk question

Do you have to pay to get in if you just want to eat at a restaurant? We are flying in on Aug 23rd. my Brother and his family will already be in Orlando. We want to meet up for dinner. We are staying onsite at Hard Rock. The are staying elsewhere.
Can they come meet us at Citywalk? I know they have to pay for parking, but is there a charge to get into Citywalk?
I see on our flex tickets Citywalk is included. Thanks

Citywalk charges are only club cover charges. You won't be going to a club, so you are fine.

Some of the restaurants (Margaritaville, Latin Quarter, Pat O'Brien's and Bob Marley's) also start charging a cover charge late at night (10pm for Margaritaville and Latin Quarter; 9pm for Pat O'Brien's and Bob Marley's), collected at the door. If you're already in the restaurant prior to that, you won't be charged unless you leave and come back (that's been our experience at Pat O'Brien's).
