Has anyone tried this deal? For about $22/person you get a meal (limited restaurant / menus choices) with a beverage and a movie! Is the deal for selected movies only?

It sounds almost too good to be true (not complaining LOL).

We did the "meal and mini golf" deal at CityWalk last August. We dined at the (now closed) Nascar Sports Grille and then enjoyed a round of golf at the awesomely-themed Hollywood Drive In Golf. Golf was $15 pp if purchased singlely. Our entrees were, on average, between $12 and $15 pp, plus a soft drink (maybe another $2.50-ish?). We paid about $23 for the meal and mini golf. It was a very good value!

We are going In september, do they always have this type of offer?

They have had it for quite some time. I suppose they could always discontinue it (or they could increase the price) at any time, but I'm guessing the offer will still be alive and well for your September trip.

I bought two of these for my trip next week--- several years ago. Before Universal revamped their site, they had a list of restaurants and meals eligible for the deal.

Now it seems like only Margaritaville, Bob Marley, Pat O'Brien's, and Fusion Bistro are participating. And no list of menu items either.

Bumping this thread to see if anyone has tried either the mini golf or movie deal since then and if they could shed some light on the current menu items being offered for this.

I did it last fall and stopped at both Pat Obrien's and Fusion (as a group of 7, we used the meals for all adults and teen/tweens, and just paid OOP for kid meals for the 2 under 9 kids at Pat Obrien's and had an informal date night for myself and hubby at Fusion)...

The options for Pat Obrien's and Fusion seemed the same as from this list from 4 years ago...not sure if they changed for 2017, but 12 months ago, these were still it...http://www.orlandodatenightguide.com/2013/04/citywalk-meal-movie-deal/
