City Walk Resteraunts

I have read through most of the threads regarding reservations and I am still a little confused. At the resteraunts at City Walk do they take PS's? We are staying at RPH March 12-17 so I am thinking this might be a busy time at Universal so I figured I better start planning a little about where we want to eat. Can I just wait until we arrive at our hotel to make PS's or do I make them earlier. Or can we just wing it and hope for the best that we won't be standing in line for hours to get something to eat? I have never stayed on Universal property in fact we have never been to Universal so this will be a whole new experience for us so I would like to have a little knowledge before we get there. I do know if we want to eat at any of the Emeril's places we need to make reservation way ahead of time but need to know about everything else. Thanks for any help

I have never made a reservation at any of them (except Emeril's) and have been able to get in within an acceptable wait. The worst was park closing time during Mardi Gras. It took about 30 minutes to get a table at Margaritaville.
