Amazing views from the top!

Can't wait to hear more, I've only driven through NYC. Never had the chance to tour it. Loving all the info.

And the Statue guy? If you'd have gotten a good pic, he'd probably have tried to charge you. There are guys in Chicago that do it all the time.

Finally caught up!

Sorry about the Bieber snafu :sad2: At least the rest of the day went well! All of that artwork is beautiful, I had no idea all that was in the Rockefeller building!

Thanks Glenn I figured it out too.

Now can you figure out how to get smilies :-)

Great update and pics.

Top of the Rock is so nice. Great pics. Love the top with no obstructions.

A wedding there is a great idea so good for them. :rotfl2:

It's still hard if you want to break up a post...I haven't been able to copy the username, but have had to type out bracket QUOTE="Poolrat" bracket, for example, if I want to break up a single quote. (Not to mention the italicizes coding, lol.

No, I haven't figured out smilies on the app...other than memorizing the coding.

Yes, but you've gotta expect that the public will be wandering past, I suppose. But it looks to be worth it!

 I stalk and nothing.... Caught me watching Phelps... and Lochte

5 Judys

6,7,11 and Double judy in 12 Judy and her shadow I mean reflection :)

Not sure about 5, Real Questionable MARV
What a whiner! I gave you about 24 hours head start so you had a chance............:rolleyes1

I knew all this infatuation with swimmers and tumble monkeys would come back to haunt you one day. :sad2: Now that the aquatic portion of the Olympics is behind us, maybe you can focus your attention on what is truly important................ :confused3
That's the count we were looking for! Right on! :cheer2:

Updated Scores:
Jenn (elphie101) - 1 Judy-sighting win, First Subscriber Honors!
Tanya - 1 Judy-sighting win
Pat - 1 Judy-sighting win
Rosie - 1 Judy-sighting win
Marvin - 3 Judy-sighting wins

:woohoo: Three straight!!!!

Oh well. The Olympics will end, but this TR will go on for a while longer. :rolleyes1

Seems like a really good time for the Judy-do contest to end though..........;)

No, you can see the reflection in 5...you can see her yellow shirt just to the left of the arm of the woman in the yellow/orange sweater.
I have to admit I went back and forth on that one a little to start with............glad I included it in my count!!!
To loose to Marv:sad2::sad2::sad2:
No more sad than your imitation of Dan with your spelling of LOSE!!! :rotfl2:
I know. That's gotta be especially painful. :rotfl2:
Hey! Don't encourage her!!! Or was that "discourage" her!!! :rotfl:
Not to mention Humiliating:rotfl2::rotfl2:
Okay Ms. Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing, Torpedoing for Hot Italians!!! I hardly think losing to me can come anywhere close to as humiliating as all that!!!!! ;)

Those views were great from up there! A wedding up there seems like a such a nice idea, imagine all the great backgrounds in the pictures. I'm sure Lauren made a much cuter Lady Liberty, and I bet if you looked there are pictures.

It sounded like a good tour to me. That's neat that you got to spend some working time doing "research" in the gift shop. That must have been a nice place to work.
It was a great place to work, I worked there for 5 years. I started senior year in HS and left after college.

Lochte!!!

Sometimes I am so easily distracted. That's it- good looking guys in tight or little clothing.... :rotfl2:

It is comments like these that make feel NO shame at watching Ryan Lochte or any other male in ( tumble monkeys ) included. I am not drooling just admiring. Nothing wrong with that. popcorn:: :lmao:

I am glad they are not wearing the full body suits this year....those boys have some serious abs!

Jill in CO

Oh Yes when you are on deck with them you do need to watch out for the "deck change" :rolleyes1

If you want to see smaller suits, Waterpolo is still wearing the small speedos.

Pole Dancing Lap Dancing and choosing a Hot Italian are NOT embarassing:confused: However Torpedoing was, is and always will be:lmao::lmao::lmao:Every day I am humbly grateful that neither Glenn or you were in canera shot of that little mishap!!!;):lmao::lmao::lmao:

Another great chapter :)

That view really is something. That grass was pretty odd too, although I hear that the next generation of skyscrapers around the world will try to include stuff like that in the design.

I had to laugh at the statue of liberty though. What a great costume!

You're doing a great job with the formatting of course.

Missed out on the Judy game...obviously in retialiation over the movie quote game. :lmao:

He even showed us how they made the marble go light to dark on the floor so it would look like it was emitting light.

That sounds cool!

Then we went to the Top of the Rock and I took some pictures of buildings. I have to say, the view was pretty fantastic.

Judging from the pictures, I must agree.

No, Lauren! Don't do it! You still have to go to Disney World!

We actually went one more story up, but it would’ve been pictures of the same buildings again. It was cool, though.

That wouldn't have stopped us from taking 70 more pictures. :rotfl2:

On a side note, I played the Statue of Liberty when I was in third grade. Sadly, we don’t have any pictures for comparison, but I’m sure I was much better, not to mention cuter.

That seems like a reasonable assumption.
