Well, we used to be a 2-person group and now it’s pretty much just me. That’s not completely fair - me and about a quarter of someone else’s time. And I used to be the second-fiddle and now I’m the main guy. But no, no promotion to go with the added responsibility. That’s the way it goes. I should feel blessed to be employed, and I do! There might be some moves coming this year, we’ll see.

You've always been an glass half full kinda guy. I too am very thankful for my job. I did a fair amount of looking, and mine was such an obvious piece of Providential is was unreal. A thankful heart will take you a long way! Rumors of moves are always intriguing!

I really want a good camera, to play around with and experiment just like you did. You got some really fun shots there- ones you just can't get with a POS or worse yet, a cell phone. Diddling with the settings and what not looks like great fun.

Anyways, loved your solo walk-about- you all gettin' your artsty-fartsy on and all. And I've gotta say, the AKL is certainly a nice place to do that!

I know, it's a crime. We were somewhere local the other day and saw a replica of the Liberty Bell. I said, "there you go kids, now we don't have to drive into Philly to see it." Fortunately, they all have, on school field trips.

I really want a good camera, to play around with and experiment just like you did. You got some really fun shots there- ones you just can't get with a POS or worse yet, a cell phone. Diddling with the settings and what not looks like great fun.

Unfortunately, since I got an iPhone, I haven't taken nearly as many pictures with the good camera. The phone is just too darned handy.

But, the SLR cameras are still priced about the same as what I paid 5-6 years ago, and have a lot more features -- like video.

It's a beautiful resort...wish I were there now! It'd be a heckuvalot warmer!

I anticipated that. I have purchased wonderful and amazing items of bribery. Like threats of leaving my 3 kids on her doorstep if she doesn't.
