Citrus Swirl-Snack?

Can someone confirm for me that a citrus swirl is a snack credit? I didn't see it on the list, but I'm figuring it probably is since the dole whip and strawberry swirl both are. But can someone confirm it, please?

They are at the Sunshine Tree Terrace in the MK. I haven't had one yet...but it is on my list to have next trip! The Dole Whip is at the Aloha Isle in the MK also.
