We have used Citizens Bank for more than 10 years. I did have the Everyday Points linked to my checking account a couple of years ago, but then they made some changes that I didn't like (I think there might be a fee?), so I switched over to "Green Sense".
By having a Green Sense account, they pay each time you use your debit card instead of writing a check (and possibly give you credit for getting your statements electronically). I don't remember all the details, about what I'm getting but I average $7.50-$9.00 per month (I think there is a limit of $10 per month). They pay it once at the beginning of each month (example on 8/3/10, I got a credit of $8.90 for my July "greensense" use).
They consider it like interest for tax purposes, so you get a 1099-INT at the end of the year based on what you were paid.
