Citiwalk age requirements?

My son is nearly 18 and a big music lover. He is in a rock band, and would love to hear any live bands play at Citiwalk. But, I believe all the places are like bars, with cover charges and no one under 21. Is there a good place to hear live music at Citiwalk or US?

Hard Rock is the place to see bands play at CityWalk. No age restriction. You can get into most of the bars at 18 anyway.
