We've 2 days in the park and the boys have asked for a meal at the Blue Lagoon and the Lucky Nugget.

Somewhere in between I am determined to have the Cinderella slipper, would it be possible to go to Walts just for a dessert ?
Last time I booked Auberge just so I could have it and it wasn't available with the buffet, so I'm on a mission this time. :)

Hi Jill

We ate in Walts in January and I had the Cinderella's slipper but that was on the 3 course meal. I had seen piccies of it on these boards and the Mickey's gourmet puzzles and it was my mission to track them down.

I really don't know if you can just go into Walt's for dessert but I wish you all the best on your quest:wizard:

Here is a piccie of my slipper

I went to Walts in October, didnt take the 3 course meal, jsut the main course, and got the Cinderella slipper as a dessert, if I am not mistaken it cost 7 euros
have a nice trip

We did the same once with the Auberge. We only wanted to eat dessert. And so I reserved a table for 1pm and said when we entered the restaurant that we only want to have dessert if that would be OK.
The CM told me that they can't allow reservations for “dessert-only” at this time, but if we would return after 2:30pm this wouldn't be a problem.
And so we returned at 2:30pm and we only had the Slipper! :wizard:
And a very nice side effect: At this time the restaurant was not as stuffed as at 1pm! And so I could take some very nice pictures of the restaurant and of the Slipper!

So I think the same should be possible with Walt’s! :groom:

mmm yum, that looks lovely, what exactly is it made from?? please tell me it's not made with alcohol and suitable for vegetarians!! :rotfl:

As Marcus says as long as you are not in the restaurant at peak time then I'm sure it would not be a problem :)

Good news for you: It is suitable for vegetarians and it is not made with alcohol! So even kids can eat it!

I have a picture of the most perfect dessert ever in my June 2006 album:

It is made of white chocolate filled with mouse au chocolate! Just great! It is a must eat at DLRP and it is only served at Walt's and Auberge de Cendrillon! But I like the one at Walt's more! :wizard:

Hi

To confirm I know people who have been for dessert only, purely for the Slipper. As long as you avoid peak times, shouldn't have any problems with dessert only sitting.

And I am told it is gorgous, deffo on the Must Do!!

oh thanks for letting me know, looks delicious!
can't wait to have one when we go! woohoo!

Thanks for the info. folks, it's the usual problem so many restaurants, so little time.
This will take some careful planning.:)
