cinderella's princess court sold out!!!

I received the email before seeing the post here. I immediately tried to reserve the 5pm show on the 30th of Sept. and was told that they are sold out. We(myself,dd,my friend and her dd) are going to see beauty and the beast on that night and when I saw this I thought that this would be a wonderful evening. Anyway does anyone know if the store is open and we can browse around.
sorry guys, I just had to vent-since I am disappointed!!!!

I too tried to book a date and they were sold out, however I got an email with a phone number and they offered me a different time on the same date.

I would call!
