Cinderella's Castle x-stitch question

I am currently working feverishly on this "monster" cross stitch pattern, and have almost 100% decided not to include the Tinkerbell in the design, but rather place another firework in her place to fll the "hole".
I know from searching these boards that there are others who have completed this pattern, and have also decided not to include "Tink," and I was wondering what you did with the "lines" she creates in the castle. I have thought about trying to figure out what color the castle would be in those places and just stitch that color there. Someone suggested to me to stitch the lines as they are and pretend it's part of the fireworks, but I haven't decided what to do yet.
For those who have completed the pattern without Tink, any suggestions (and pictures) would be appreciated!

I'm just curious why folks would decide to do this cross-stitch without including Tink. Is it 'cuz she appears out of proportion to the castle? Or are you all just not Tink fans?

Just wondering ... she was the first thing I did on mine, and now I'm thinking I'd be done if I'd left her off, LOL!!

I love Cinderella's castle, and that's why I liked and chose to embark on this monstrous cross stitch adventure. I do like Tinkerbell, but I personally like the design better without her! No offense to Tinkerbell fans!
