Cinderella Royal Table right after Wishes

Managed to snag a CRT dinner at 8:30pm one night, but Wishes fireworks is at 8:00pm that night. Was wondering if there is anywhere I can watch the fireworks and make it inside on time? Or am I better off just finding somewhere, watch the parade, and just get inside the castle early before my ADR with the crowd?

You could watch from Fantasyland and then just go check in

We watched Wishes from Fantasyland once. It is a totally different experience. Be aware that it is VERY dark and the fireworks seem to go off over your head so if you have small children you may want to make them aware. My son was afraid at first that Snow White was going to catch on fire as some of the fireworks seemed to come from the roof near that ride.

We sat at the tables between Dumbo and what was the Pooh Play area and had a great view.

I'm assuming I won't have a problem getting to the back of the castle for entrance by 8:30? The CM specifically "reminded" me that Wishes was at 8pm that night and avoid being late as there will be a crowd lol

It can't hurt to try, but my guess is that you won't be able to get seated by 8:00. The last time I was there, it took more than 30 minutes to get from check in, through the meet and greet area, and up to a table. In order to be seated upstairs in time for Wishes, I'd try for a 7:15 ADR.

They rope the fantasyland entrance to the castle off for fireworks, since some of them shoot off from the rooftops of fantasyland. If wishes is at 8, the ropes could be up anywhere from 7:30/:45 til 8:30. Check with the podium earlier on, they'd be able to advise you on what to do. Last time I was there, you would have been told it was fine to come up the front way after the fireworks. Basically, they have a mad rush to the podium as soon as the area is clear and the ropes are dropped, so you'll have to deal with a crowd but should still be able to get in with your reservation!

Thanks for the help - I will stop by the podium earlier in the day to see what the CM suggests. Worse case scenerio we miss Wishes that day since we'll be back on Wednesday for MVMCP
