Is CRT still pre-pay? Also, is there a strategy for getting a reservation? I’ve never really tried, but I’ve noticed it never seems available when I’m looking for other ressies.

Yes it's pre-pay.
Picking it up at your 60 day ADR is your best bet. I actually stumbled upon one a day or two before our departure for last months trip so I picked it up as we had never dined there before You can also schedule an alert on MD. That worked out for me the entire trip.

when i wanted it for my trip last month i just kept checking. usually in the wee hours of the morning. i also found that it did not populate in the app but had to go to the full website and choose the restaurant specifically and then check availability. also check specific times and not "lunch" or "dinner." that often told me nothing available but when i chose times it was there. I ended up getting availabilities on 4 different dates during my trip.

FYI, Cinderella’s can only be booked online. It will not show up in the app.
